Shipping Policy
All artworks are currently shipped via FedEx delivery services. Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days after purchase. You will be notified and provided a tracking number once your order is shipped.
For customers ordering from the United States, free shipping is available via FedEx Ground. Please contact us if you need other delivery options, and we will accommodate if possible.
For customers ordering from outside of the United States, please contact us first with your city or zip code information. If shipping to your address is possible, we will provide you the available delivery options and estimated shipping costs. Based on your selection, we will make your preferred shipping option available on the website. Please note, customers are expected to pay duty or import taxes.
Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may contact us for a potential return.
We encourage you to reach out to us and gather as much information as you need before your purchase. We strive for an accurate online representation of the artwork, so it may be aligned with your buying expectations. However, some color discrepancies are unavoidable. Due to the different lighting conditions, the artwork might look different in person. Therefore, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Once the order is received, please inspect the artwork immediately and let us know if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong order. We will reprocess the order or issue a refund as soon as possible.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us through the website with your order number. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original documents included.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. It is recommended to send back the item in its original packaging. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
If you would like an exchange, the best way to do so is to return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the item you want.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return and let you know if your refund is approved. If your refund is approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method. Please note, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your banking or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
